这是因为你太紧张,会耸肩。
zhè shì yīnwèi nǐ tài jǐnzhāng ,huì sǒngjiān 。
That's because you're too tense. You tend to tense your shoulders.
可是我都会先松松肩膀再开始拉琴啊。
kěshì wǒ dōuhuì xiān sōng song jiānbǎng zài kāishǐ lā qín ā 。
But I always loosen up my shoulders before I start playing.
那你现在拉这首曲子,我帮你看你的姿势。
nà nǐ xiànzài lā zhè shǒu qǔzi ,wǒ bāng nǐ kàn nǐ de zīshì 。
