Eric, let me first briefly go over the process of applying for a work visa.
xiān yào bànlǐ wàiguórén jiùyè xǔkě zhèngshū 》，ránhòu bànlǐ wàiguórén rùjìng qiānzhèng yāoqǐnghán 》，jiē zhe shì bànlǐ Z qiānzhèng ，Z qiānzhèng xūyào chūjìng bàn 。
First we'll handle the "Alien Employment License," then the "Foreigner Entry Visa Invitation Letter." After that we'll handle the Z Visa, which requires you to leave the country.
