Oh, when did they start showing football clips on the metro?
yǒu yīduànshíjiān le 。jùshuō Měiguó gǎnlǎnqiú dà liánméng zuò le yīliánchuàn zàoshì huódòng ，shénme diànshìzhuǎnbō 、Zhōngwén guānwǎng ，hái ràng yīxiē qiú xīng shuō jiǎndān de Zhōngwén gēn qiúmí tàojìnhu ne 。
It's been going on for a while now. I heard that the NFL did a series to promote it, with TV broadcasts, an official Chinese website, and even had some stars speak a bit of simple Chinese to kiss up to the fans.
kěndìng shì kàndào NBA zài Zhōngguó zuò de nàme hǎo ，suǒyǐ yě bùgānshìruò ，lái Zhōngguó fēnyībēigēng le 。bùguò zhè xiàng yùndòng hǎoxiàng bù tài guójìhuà ，zhǐyǒu měiguórén kàn de jīnjīnyǒuwèi 。shuō shíhuà ，wǒ shì yīdiǎn yě kàn bù dǒng 。
They must have seen how well the NBA was doing here, and didn't want to be left behind. They came to China to get a piece of the action. But this sport doesn't seem very international. Only Americans really enjoy watching it. To tell you the truth, I don't understand it at all.
qíshí shuōdào guīzé hé jìzhànshù fāngmiàn de dōngxi wǒ yě bù tài dǒng ，jiùshì juéde tǐng hǎowán de 。qiúyuán gègè quánfù wǔzhuāng ，shídǎshí de chōngzhuàng ，jiàoliàn de páibīngbùzhèn yě hěn yǒu kàntou 。
Actually, when you start talking about the rules and strategies, I don't really understand it， either. But I think it's really fun. The athletes are all dressed up in their uniforms, crashing together. And the coaches are worth watching as they line up their ''troops."
Each lesson is centered around a natural dialogue with key vocabulary directly prepared and translated for your use. You can also listen to each sentence as an individual recording to improve your listening and comprehension skills.
