Yeah. But I think it's the development of China's economy that has made foreign businesspeople more and more sanguine about the Chinese market. I have quite a few foreign friends who would like to come do business in China, but they still haven't exactly figured it out. I don't know-- are the procedures for foreign businesspeople to invest in China a big hassle?
还行吧。要知道现在国家对于外商投资的政策已经放得越来越宽了，还推出一系列的优惠政策来吸引外资，应该说现在正是投资的大好机会。

Ah, they're OK. You should know that the government's policies about foreign investment are getting looser all the time. They've also introduced a series of preferential policies to attract investment. I'd say that this is a big investment opportunity.

It looks like the government is continuously breaking down local protections and monopolies to attract even more foreign investment to stimulate the local economies.
