"累" means you're tired but you're not sure to go sleep, maybe you just need to have a rest...but if you are tired and want to sleep you can say:
"我累了，（我要去睡一会）"
"困" means you want to go to sleep right now..
"我困了"..means you want to go to sleep...
"太晚了，我困了，也要去睡觉了，大家晚安"
