Many Chinese can speak one or two, a little or fluent. A third language outside China is not needed in this huge culture, as wast an interesting as the western world. Leiferik.

July 05, 2007, 07:09 AMdanjo, Many supermarkets have condoms, at the register along with the sweets. Different brand and size. Easy to see, if you look. You surly find it at Wal-Mart or Ren Ren le. I'm more interested in, the proper term of the genitals. My wife say; older brother and younger sister. It is not the terms I would use in a hospital. An intermediate show, set in a hospital is preferred. Woman problem is a big percent of hospital visits. Leiferik.

As of June 1st, 2011, new regulations are in force. Foreigners must show their passport to purchase tickets for the fast trains. Chinese citizens show their ID cards. (from Wikitravel)
This mean you can't by it from the vending machine any longer. But they started to sell tickets on line in January. Don't know if westeners can by on line.
