在德国most of the stores do charge for the 袋子. But these are mostly re-usable and definitely thicker than those free ones in the US or China. Depending on the quality, you have to pay 20 or more Cent per each, but you can use them for quite a long period. Because of the bag's charge, most people take their own bags or boxes with themselves when shoppping, so we save the planet every day.
