Has anyone else heard e.g. “她有绿色的眼睛”？ "green eyes" meaning to be jealous of another's bf/gf?

Hey guys, thanks for clearing that up i wondered if I would ever hear all the combinations! :) Just to fill you in; Xīnjiàng is a really awsome province that borders Mongolia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan, Tajikistan and Pakistan! Can you tell me how to say them?
