May 14, 2009, 05:52 AMGreat series. I anxiously await every new episode. As a newbie I especially enjoyed hearing more mandarin and seeing the subtitles. Excellent production!!! The PDF's are a nice change from the usual PDF's. Nice tie-in with SteamyKitchen. Thanks.
